Activities

To adopt Standard ECMA-400 1st Edition:

• Focuses on the semantics of SDC.
• Developed by SDC PJ.
• Approved by Ecma TC38 on 4 October 2011 and adopted as Ecma standard (single logo) at the General Assembly of December 2011.

The 2nd Edition will:

• Map the SDC resources/properties (1st edition) to CIM class/properties -Map the SDC commands (1st edition) to CIM operations per “CIM operations over HTTP”.
• Require CIM operations/classes/properties to be represented as XML instance.
• Be developed in the joint task group on SDC with members from TGG and Ecma per MoU -Be published with dual TGG and Ecma logo per MoU in December, 2012.
