General Assembly

The General Assembly of the ordinary members is the highest authority of the Association. It controls the Association and appoints and controls its Management.

See the By-laws, 7 and Rules, 4.

According to clause 8.1 of the Ecma By-laws, the President shall each year call at least two ordinary General Assemblies. In 2011, the first Ecma General Assembly was held on 29-30 June in Divonne and the second was held on 6-7 December in San Francisco. In 2012, the first Ecma General Assembly will be held on 26-27 June in Nice (France) and the second will be held on 12-13 December 2012 in Asia.
