General Assembly

The General Assembly of the ordinary members is the highest authority of the Association. It controls the Association and appoints and controls its Management.

According to clause 8.1 of the Ecma By-laws, the President shall each year call at least two ordinary General Assemblies. In 2012, the first Ecma General Assembly was held on 25-26 June in Vienna (Austria) and the second was held on 12-13 December 2012 in Sapporo (Japan). The next Ecma General Assemblies will be held on 11-12 June 2013 in Europe, on 10-11 December 2013 in USA, on 25-26 June 2014 and on 10-11 December 2014.
