General Assembly

The General Assembly of the ordinary members is the highest authority of the Association. It controls the Association and appoints and controls its Management.

See the By-laws, 7 and Rules, 4.

According to clause 8.1 of the Ecma By-laws, the President shall each year call at least two ordinary General Assemblies. In 2013, the first Ecma General Assemby was held on 11-12 June 2013 in Nice (France) and the second one was held on 10-11 December 2013 in Las Vegas (USA). The first 2014 Ecma General Assembly was held on 25-26 June 2014 in Heidelberg (Germany). The next ones will be held on 11-12 December 2014 in Sapporo (Japan), on 17-18 June 2015 in Geneva (CH) and on 9-10 December 2015.
