General Assembly 
The General Assembly of the ordinary members is the highest authority
of the Association. It controls the Association and appoints and
controls its Management.

According to clause 8.1 of the Ecma By-laws, the President shall each year call at least two ordinary General Assemblies. In 2008, the Ecma General Assemblies will take place
on 10-11 June in San Jose (USA) and on 4-5 December in Europe (the precise location is not yet defined).
